I’m glad to be here in Beijing. Beijing and China are both great capitals. I understand the Beijing Municipal government is considering taking measures of traffic congestion tolls. London had the similar case. This measure helps reduce the traffics and improve air quality. The afficiency of the traffic system can be improved.

I would like to share some of London’s experience with you. London stated traffic congestions toll in 2002 by the major. It was a brave move and was mandated bu many people. It has brought real interests for people and reduced vehicle pollution. More importantly it has reduced traffic casualties.

2、中国协助塞尔维亚抗击新冠疫情

China has taken comprehensive measures in countering the corona virus. It has been praised by WHO and many other countries. It has shown its responsibility for its people and sense of security. While it hasn’t recoverd from itsown countering, it helped other countries with corona virus.

It’s huge challenge for human beings and we should work together and cooperate to protect our basic right, the right to live.
